I dont know why but I see a lot of people around Baguio sucking on these things. I find it weird and annoying. They taste like regular candy but I guess people like them because they glow *eyes roll*. I've tasted these and there is NOTHING special about them. Seriously. They just glow. I heard that these were banned in Manila because they were poisonous. Is this true? I wonder when they'll be banned here in Baguio. Is it also true that normal people like shiny things? When I say normal...just go figure.
